Question 1

Can I book a short term let in Edinburgh with Prime Host Stays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a home from our listings, choose your dates on its availability calendar and send a booking request with your guest details. We confirm availability and the total for your stay before it is booked.

Question 2

What do I get when I stay in Edinburgh?

Accepted Answer

Every home is run directly by our own team rather than passed to a third party: professional photography and accurate listing detail, hotel-grade cleaning and changeovers between guests, and guest support through your stay.

Question 3

Who looks after the properties in Edinburgh?

Accepted Answer

Prime Host Stays is a small, hands-on, Superhost-led team, and a Director / Co-Founder is the direct contact for the properties we manage. There is no call centre queue: the person who knows your property is the person you speak to.

Question 4

I own a property in Edinburgh - can Prime Host Stays manage it?

Accepted Answer

We specialise in short term let management for owners, and we will tell you honestly if a short term let is not the right route for your property. Send us the details and we will arrange a free valuation, with no obligation to proceed.
